Langkawi was beautiful..
with it's white sandy beaches..
AND it's rich history..
Who couldn't fall in love with such an island?
I certainly did!
I enjoyed every bit of e trip..
Even e road side laksa was F-A-N-T-A-S-T-I-C!
I haven been thr in e past 12 yrs..
So it was reali diff for me.
Tho it was my second time.
WE took silk air
And the svc on board e plane was gr8 too.
All in all, it was a nicey trip.
I'd definitely go again in e near future I hope.
On our 1st day, we went on board e cable cars. And I tell youfor RM 15, it's a ride not to be missed!
pretty right? A bit foggy coz when we were up thr it was raining... it defnitely beat the air con anitime! Felt like e mist fan they installed in restaurants!

Nx we headed on to Berjaya resort .. b4 going to Makam Mahsuri.
So legend has it that she was accused of adultery & when she was killed eventually.. she bled of milky white blood, proving that she was innocent! And then she cursed Langkawi not to have ani prosper or gd luck or sth lyk it for 7 generations...
So here are my parent's in Mahsuri's village
Lastly for that day, we headed to the Dataran Helang (eagle's square).. to watch passing ships & eat e yummylicious laksa...

The next day... we went to Tanjung Rhu beach..
Thr we ate at 1 of e restaurants... & it's a nice thing dining by e seaside...loved e hut idea..
Before we headed back to the airport.. we stopped over at the Underwater world. It was opened by e previous PM, Dr Mahathir. So much bigger..than e 1 we have. but of coz!
Of course... I wanted to show u guys how our beach by the hotel looks like(or at e back of our room).. So here you go... Of coz, me the beach lover... enjoyed langkawi for it's beaches e most.
A romantic spot.. perhaps for a weekend getaway or a 2nd honeymoon for those who's already married! hehe =D
And tats me... looking like part of a picture on the back of a holiday postcard (Or at least tats wat I tot... hahaha)
